To support the delivery of health improvement activities within the unit.
To support the assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of recovery programmes in partnership with house staff and residents.
To liaise with statutory agencies local Community Alcohol and Drugs Services and Primary care as required.

Salary: £38,000.00 there is a contributory Pension of up to 6%.

Key Accountabilities/ Tasks:
- To provide comprehensive assessments for residents with a range of complex and coexisting mental health and physical health
- Working in partnership with residents to deliver person centered care promoting physical health and wellbeing and prevention of
- Provide basic physical health care including wound dressings and abscess care and promote better personal
- Monitor the effects of any prescribed detoxification medications and highlight any concerns to community
